Bearwind Portable Handheld Turbo Fan Review
4000mAh 5-gear hand fan built for beach days and long queues.
TL;DR
A competent handheld fan at $18.99. It moves air well, but it cannot lower the temperature of the air it moves — that is the gap between it and our winner.

- ✓Budget-conscious buyers
- ✓Travel and queueing
- ✓Gifting

First impressions
The best-built fan of the Amazon group. Nothing rattles, and the 4000mAh cell means you are not charging it nightly.
How it performs in use
Excellent at the beach where there is already a breeze to amplify. Indoors in humid heat it struggles for the same reason every fan does — moving warm air does not cool you once you stop sweating efficiently.
Build and durability
Heavier than the rest, which reads as quality in the hand but tells against it in a pocket.
Verdict
If your problem is stale, still air, this solves it for very little money. If your problem is actual heat — the kind that makes you feel unwell — you are better served by a device that chills the air rather than one that relocates it.
Pros and cons
- ✓Big battery for its class
- ✓Solid build, does not rattle at speed
- ✓Highly rated by buyers
- ✓Comfortable grip for long holds
- ✗Still just a fan: on a 95°F day it blows warm air at you, where the IceForce delivers cold
- ✗Heavier in the hand than the pocket-sized winner
